Baby Posse
It all starts here with a supportive community of moms who share their experiences, questions and joys. Our instructor (who's a mom) will bring in discussion topics every week which address what's on every new mom's mind; from developmental issues to baby massage, from nursing questions to baby carrier comparisons. There is no right way to parent so let's just share some ideas which work.

 

The Stroller Workout
A 60-minute workout that utilizes the outdoors and your stroller. It is an overall body workout focusing on cardio as well as the tummy and bum. It will inspire you both physically and emotionally. A great way to connect with other moms, and teach our children that fitness is a part of everyday life, and of course to have fun!

 

Natural Childbirth Education
The Bradley Method - A course for women and their birth partners. Learn what to expect in labor and how to reduce pain through relaxation and natural breathing. We also cover choosing your birth team., labor support techniques, nutrition, breastfeeding, postpartum care and newborn care. Classes are 10 weeks in length and are taught by a certified childbirth educator. Call for dates and details.

You Do Pilates While Kids Cook
Here is something for you and the kids. Kill to birds with one stone. Do you feel like you get the short end of the stick- don't get a chance to workout-here's your opportunity, ALL WHILE THE KIDS MAKE THEIR OWN DINNER!

 

You Do Hip Hop While Kids Cook
Not enough time for yourself? Bring the kids and let them have a fun hour making their own dinner in our cooking class, while you get a fun and rigorous workout while dancing your troubles away.

 

You Do Yoga While Kids Cook
Not enough time for yourself? Bring the kids and let them have a fun hour making their own dinner in our cooking class, while you enjoy a deep relaxation class learning the fundamentals of yoga. Increase your flexibility and strength with an emphasis on stress reduction, balance and harmony. Excellent for beginners or level 1 yogis.
